  3. You will be assigned one go to person to have your problems or concerns met, that would be me- not a different salesperson,supervisor,manager, or lead carpenter.
  4. On larger remodeling and renovation projects we have specialized subcontractors, operated under our constant supervision, handling the phases that they know best. With most of our subcontractors, the owners are out on the job working themselves. 
  5. To keep you up to date & informed on your remodeling project, whether you are at home or abroad, we will communicate with you using your preferred method. This could be through digital photos,video,faxes, or even a facebook posting to share with your friends.
  6. We can offer a design/build process and guide you through the remodeling maze. Providing you with 3d photo like renderings to help you have a clear vision of how your home-improvement  would look. (Click link to see examples)
  7. Our construction contracts are clear & well defined, spelling out exactly what you will be receiving from us for your investment. Such things as make,model,item numbers,quantities,color chosen will be in detail. All payment terms based on job progression & terms will be clearly outlined. You will know what is & is not included, with no hidden surprises.
  8. A clear construction schedule will be presented to you so you'll know that we are on schedule and what will happen next and if there is anything you will need to be prepared for.
