This is a testimonial from Case#2

"We needed a contractor to repair damage from an extensive leak that our painter found when he was painting our house this summer. We knew of no contractors and were very leery of just picking someone from the Yellow Pages. One morning I noticed a Haines Contracting truck in the driveway of my neighbor and decided to go over and talk to him about our problem. I saw the work that he was doing and knew immediately that Dave was the contractor for us and hired him on the spot. My neighbor was thrilled with the work he was doing and we knew we would be, too. Our problem was very similar to our neighbor's, a huge water leak around our upstairs windows, only much more extensive. Dave spent a week of tedious hard work ripping out all of the rotted wood and drywall from the top of our second story all the way down to ground level. He literally rebuilt the front corner of our home. We can't begin to tell you how pleased we were with Dave's work and how fortunate we feel that he just happened to be working in our neighborhood. So, if you are looking for a good contractor, look no further Dave Haines is the man for the job. He's the best! - Kathy & Ed B - Montgomery Township

Roof flashing water damage

Below is a customer testimonial from Case#1

I recently discovered a substantial water leak around my upstairs window of my two story house. I had no idea how the water was getting in, (roof, flashing, poor construction of the window?). My father in-law suggested Dave Haines, who he knew thru church. So I gave him a call. Best move I ever did. Dave came out and spent at least 45 min to an hour climbing ladders and crawling all over the roof. He also showed me how bad the damage was by cutting away some of the drywall. Dave showed me how the water was getting in, and that this could be a major disaster unless taken care of soon. This was an ugly job for Dave, but he agreed to do it. It took Dave 3 full days of cutting out the rotted wood, spraying for carpenter ants, removing the window. This was a big messy job and I was able to observe how a good contractor works. Dave spent time with me explaining just what needed to be done, and even helped my wife and daughter move furniture when it had to be moved. Dave put a lot of hard work and detail in this, and the results show it. I'm very pleased. I feel very confident with Haines contracting. If anyone has any doubt as to a good contractor in the area, call them, you will not be disappointed. JM Montgomery TWP
